Maine Aquaculture Hub Request for Letters of Intent

Maine Aquaculture Hub:

Strengthening the sector through research, community
engagement, and addressing farm challenges

Requesting Letters of Intent (LOI)
for projects seeking to
Address Action Items Identified by the Hub Network

The Maine Aquaculture Hub seeks to support a series of investments to the industry that will provide the capacity for innovating, realizing shared priorities, and addressing identified needs and emergent barriers. This year’s call for proposals was informed by feedback received during the focus group meetings throughout 2020, held in support of developing the next 10-year roadmap for aquaculture in Maine. Needs identified during those meetings have been used to guide the Areas of Focus for this request.

For the purposes of this call for Letters Of Intent, we define “industry” to include both growers and companies that provide goods and services to growers.
