Keri Kaczor in the Environmental Literacy and Workforce Development Program Manager for Maine Sea Grant. Since joining the Marine Extension Team as an AmeriCorps volunteer in 2003, she’s been engaged in initiatives that increase environmental, ocean, and climate literacy; build a skilled workforce for coastal communities and economies; strengthen community science; and monitor/restore healthy coastal ecosystems. She serves as Maine Sea Grant’s education liaison to state, regional, and national initiatives, and builds hands-on learning opportunities for K-12 students and educators. Keri frequently works with public and private sector partners to leverage resources and broad expertise.
