Marine Extension Associate – Coastal Community Resilience position now open

Maine Sea Grant is seeking a Coastal Community Resilience Extension Associate to join our Marine Extension Team to help build capacity in Southern and Midcoast Maine. 

The Coastal Community Resilience Extension Professional will work in collaboration with Maine Sea Grant and Casco Bay Estuary Partnership along with other agencies and organizations to plan, develop, implement and evaluate information, education programs, and demonstration projects related to improving the social, economic, and environmental resilience of coastal communities in Maine, with a focus on the needs of vulnerable groups.

This position will be focused in the Southern and Midcoast regions of Maine, with office space at Maine Sea Grant’s Brunswick office as well as Casco Bay Estuary Partnership’s offices at the University of Southern Maine in Portland.
