Kevin Roberge

Kevin joined Maine Sea Grant in 2025, providing leadership and oversight for the financial and grants management activities of Maine Sea Grant, with primary responsibility for the program’s federal NOAA awards as well as other externally funded projects. He guides proposal budgeting and submission, oversees post-award administration and fiscal compliance, manages departmental accounts and financial systems, and coordinates required financial and grant reporting. Serving as a member of the program’s management team and as a liaison with University, NOAA, awardee, and national Sea Grant partners, Kevin interprets federal grant requirements, advises staff and researchers on fiscal and administrative matters, and develops systems and processes that support effective, compliant, and efficient program operations.
