Beth joined the Maine Sea Grant team in February 2006. As Maine Sea Grant’s Associate Director and Extension Program Leader, Beth provides leadership and support for the program’s research, extension, and communications activities, and serves as a liaison to the program’s diverse partners and constituents in Maine and across the National Sea Grant Network. She represents Maine Sea Grant in the National Sea Grant Assembly of Extension Program Leaders, and serves on the Advisory Group of the Alliance for Maine’s Marine Economy. Beth guides the program’s citizen science and workforce development initiatives in partnership with Sea Grant and UMaine Cooperative Extension staff and partners.
