Annie Fagan is a marine extension associate for Maine Sea Grant based at the University of Maine’s Darling Marine Center. She joined the team in 2023 and her work encompasses several different programmatic areas as she engages in workforce training, collaborative research, and public outreach in communities up and down the coast. Her extension portfolio includes aquaculture, working waterfronts and coastal resilience. Beginning in 2027, she is also building capacity across the state by delivering facilitation training through a partnership with the University of Maine Department of Lifelong Learning.
