Linnea Goh

Linnea is majoring in Human Ecology with a concentration in marine science and natural resource management at College of the Atlantic (graduation year 2025). This scholarship will support her fall semester at Bamfield Marine Science Center, off the West Coast of Canada. At Bamfield, she will study the ecological adaptations of seaweed, marine population dynamics, and marine animal behaviour. Linnea is currently interning with the Mapping Ocean Stories project, in partnership with Maine Sea Grant. She is conducting interviews in Maine Communities and mapping the heritage of Maine’s coastal communities. After graduating from COA, Linnea plans to pursue a Master in Marine Management. She aspires to someday work as a marine planner to increase the sustainability of small coastal communities.

Linnea is a 2024 Maine Sea Grant Undergraduate Scholar.
