Everything Else You Wanted to Know About Attending

Friday, June 10th Schedule

Registration opens at 8:00 am in the Library. Posters, exhibits, and workshops begin there then as well.

The opening plenary session begins at 9:00 am in the Theater

The conference will end by 4:00 pm.

The Coastal Social will begin at 4:15 pm in the Commons 

Getting there

The conference will be held at Berwick Academy

Parking 

Parking and Drop off: The most parking is by the athletic fields. You will use the Fogg/Athletics entrance off of Academy Street to park. The other parking option is by the Kendall Lower School/The Commons.  Please use the main entrance off of Academy to reach the Commons lot.

 

COVID-19

York County is currently in Green status. Indoor masking is optional but recommended. All registered conference attendees have affirmed their fully vaccinated status.

 

Getting Around  

Registration, breaks, and Multimedia Session will be held in the Library.

Plenary Sessions will be held in the Theater.

Concurrent Sessions will be held in the Library Classrooms and Music Rooms (downstairs from the Commons).

Lunch and the Coastal Social will be held in the Commons. 

Strawbery Banke field trip participants will meet at the Commons at 12:15 pm. Buses will be provided for transportation and bagged lunches will be provided.
