2024 Summit Materials

The second ALI Regional Lobster Research and Outreach Summit took place on February 12-13, 2024, at the Portland Regency Hotel & Spa in Portland, Main. This event offered an opportunity for the network to connect in person and to hear updates and perspectives from our research teams, extension team members, and other industry and management partners. The 2024 Summit focused on building bridges across all groups harvesting, researching, and managing lobster to address and collaboratively develop solutions to new challenges the industry is facing. We are thankful to all who contributed content to this meeting, and for the productive conversations and feedback.

Maine Sea Grant is particularly grateful to the ALI’s Regional Steering Committee for input on the overarching theme of the meeting and content for the panel discussions.
