Focus Area This project is focused on strengthening regional connections in the inland and coastal communities of Lincoln County. With roughly 35,000 people, the county includes communities of Alna, Boothbay, Boothbay Harbor, Bremen, Bristol, Damariscotta, Dresden, Edgecomb, Hibberts Gore, Jefferson, Monhegan Plantation, Newcastle, Nobleboro, Somerville, Southport, South Bristol, Waldoboro, Westport Island, Whitefield, and Wiscasset. This
