Join us this June, for the 2021 National Aquaculture Extension Conference (NAEC). The conference is co-sponsored by the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture’s (NIFA) five Regional Aquaculture Centers and the NOAA National Sea Grant Program. Held approximately every five years since 1992, this unique conference has provided a forum for professional development and growth for all levels of experience and years of service in aquaculture extension education.

Due to the continuing pandemic, the 2021 NAEC conference has been moved into a virtual format, with plan to reconvene in Portland Maine in person, in June of 2022.

In the meantime, we plan to offer sessions of two or three hours’ duration over multiple days, accessible via the Zoom teleconferencing platform. The program is being arranged to accommodate presentations up to 15 minutes in length, and a virtual ‘poster session’ for those who which to contribute their work outside of a direct presentation. We want to hear from you!

To submit a topic please see the Call for Papers.

There is no fee for this conference, but registration is required. To register, please visit the conference registration page on the EventBrite platform.
